The Team of Cultiwool is Expanding!

Meet Ryan

Ryan is a second-generation cannabis grower and has won the Cannabis Cub Award multiple times! For the last 7 years, Ryan was the grower liaison for the company Heliospectra, which is a LED light supplier. His focus was mainly on the North American Cannabis market. As part of his responsibilities, he assisted customers in developing strain-specific lighting strategies and consulted them on the benefits and environmental conditions of growing with LED lights. Prior to Heliospectra, Ryan led commercial teams at large-scale cannabis facilities in Denver, Colorado. In addition to that, he was a part of the Cultivation Advisory Committee with the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA) as well as the Science and Sustainability Committee and the Energy Subcommittee for the Cannabis Certification Council.
